Description
Take the next step towards financial literacy! This is our second course in our money series, extending learning completed in our Money 101: Money Matters course. Students will identify income and expenses, estimate item costs, explore online banking and build a basic budget!


This course will run from 11/2-12/6/2026
Seminars will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-6:30p Pacific Time

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Understand where their money comes from: benefits, pay, family
Define and Identify Income and Expenses
Estimate items costs
Read an online bank statement comparing credits and debits
Explain the difference between a bank and a credit union
Write a check and identify the parts of a check
Create a basic budget
